CS Experience Studio collects only the information needed to evaluate inquiries, communicate about services, and deliver agreed project work.

Project briefs and information you provide

The guided project intake may include your name, email address, business information, website, budget range, requested services, project goals, and any other details you choose to include. When you submit the form, the website sends the project brief to CS Experience Studio through Cloudflare's email infrastructure. The site does not create a customer account or public profile from that submission.

How information is used

Information you send is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare estimates or proposals, communicate about services, and deliver contracted work. Inquiry information may be retained with normal business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Technical services

Hosting and email providers may process information needed to operate the website and deliver an inquiry, including standard request and security logs such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, error data, and the contact details and project information you intentionally submit. The site also loads certain presentation resources from third-party content-delivery services, including Google Fonts and jsDelivr for some portfolio-world graphics libraries. Those providers may receive normal network request information when your browser requests their resources.

Cookies and advertising

CS Experience Studio does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising on this website. If analytics, advertising, payment, CRM, or other tracking services are enabled later, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, deliver an inquiry, or deliver a project, such as hosting and email providers, or when disclosure is required by law.

Your choices

You may choose not to use the guided project workflow and can contact the studio directly by email instead. You may also request correction or deletion of inquiry information where reasonably applicable by contacting the studio.
