Scope before assumptions.

Pricing and package information on CS Experience Studio establishes starting points for planning. A final project scope, timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, revision allowance, ownership terms, and support responsibilities are defined in a written project agreement before paid production begins.

Estimates

Configurator totals and package prices are planning estimates, not automatic offers, invoices, or guarantees of final scope. Custom features, complex content, integrations, 3D assets, photography, copywriting, third-party services, unusual technical requirements, or accelerated timelines may change final pricing.

Portfolio studies

Work presented as a study, concept, world, demonstration, or reference is portfolio concept work unless it is explicitly identified as client work. Names such as OBSIDIAN, FORMA, ASTER Dental, AURELIA PPF, and other study brands may be fictional and are used to demonstrate creative direction, interaction systems, user experience, and technical capability. A prospective client receives a project-specific concept rather than a copy of a study.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, premium software, paid APIs, payment processing, hosting upgrades, email platforms, licensed fonts, stock assets, model licenses, and other third-party services may be billed separately when required by a project.

Revisions and changes

Included revision rounds are defined per project. Material changes to an approved concept, timeline, feature set, or scope may require a change order or updated estimate.

Ownership and licensing

Final ownership and licensing terms for code, design assets, third-party components, fonts, imagery, 3D models, and reusable studio systems are defined in the project agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Website availability

Experimental portfolio experiences use modern browser graphics and may render differently across devices, browsers, graphics hardware, network conditions, or accessibility settings. The studio may update, replace, or retire demonstration content without notice.
